Performance Cardio

VIKON Bike

A self-powered indoor bike for structured cardio, group cycling and cycling training. Train from 50 to 500 W with professional ERG control, an integrated ergometer and power measurement accuracy above 95%, without a TFT screen.

Professional ERG training

Select a target in watts and the bike adjusts resistance as your cadence changes, helping maintain the planned workload within its operating range. Pedalling faster reduces the resistance required for each pedal stroke; slowing down increases it. This gives a steady ride or an interval a defined effort target.

A watt target is useful because it describes the work being done, rather than an arbitrary resistance level. Coaches can set different targets for different riders while keeping the same session structure. You can repeat a familiar workout and compare the effort with previous sessions.

VIKON Bike

Integrated ergometer

The built-in ergometer measures cycling power in watts. Together with cadence, this gives you a practical view of the work you are producing, so you can follow a target, manage an interval and review how consistently you held the effort.

VIKON Bike provides power measurement accuracy above 95%. Its 50–500 W range supports steady endurance sessions and more demanding work intervals, with the target selected for the individual rider.

20- and 60-minute FTP tests

Both test durations are included. Functional Threshold Power, or FTP, is a cycling benchmark used to guide training intensity. Establish a starting point, use it to inform your watt targets and repeat the same test protocol when reviewing progress.

A coach can use the result to set individual workloads for endurance sessions and intervals. Compare results from the same test duration and similar conditions; fatigue, pacing and preparation can affect the result.

VIKON Bike

A setup without a TFT screen

VIKON Bike retains ERG training, its integrated ergometer and FTP testing without the large TFT display. It suits training areas where riders follow an instructor, use a compatible connected device or prefer a simpler cockpit.

Smooth pedalling and natural momentum remain part of the experience alongside the numbers. Use a demonstration to assess the pedal stroke, controls and riding position during both a steady effort and a change in cadence.

Self-powered, with wireless charging

Pedalling generates the energy used by the bike. Self-powered operation gives facilities more freedom to arrange bikes around the instructor, circulation routes or the available training space, with less reliance on fixed sockets at each bike position.

Wireless charging is included on both models for compatible devices. Keep your phone within reach for a connected ride or your own training app, without running a charging cable from a wall socket to the bike.

Bluetooth and cycling apps

Connect by Bluetooth to a wide range of popular cycling apps, including Zwift, ROUVY and Kinomap. Use your preferred app for its routes, workouts and riding experiences while training on VIKON equipment.

Available data, resistance-control functions and pairing steps depend on the app and connected device. Third-party accounts or subscriptions may be required. App support does not mean that every app runs directly on the TFT screen.

Set up your riding position

Adjust the saddle and handlebar positions before starting, then choose the grip that suits the session. A consistent position makes it easier to repeat your setup for a test or training block. In a shared studio, record each rider’s settings to help prepare the bike for their next session.

Use it on the gym floor, in a class or in a training centre

On the gym floor, set a steady watt target or follow a planned interval session. In group cycling, riders can follow the same work and recovery pattern at different individual targets. In a cycling training centre, FTP testing, riding-position adjustment and repeatable power targets give coaches a consistent structure for training.
